I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Actively find stable resources for job posting, searching and approaching candidate based on function;
- Update active jobs on talent pool and job board weekly;
- Manage and update candidate’s database on weekly report;
- Support in phone interview and 1st interview in junior positions;
- Other tasks assigned by HRBP Manager.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources Management/ English language/ Social Sciences, etc.
- At least 1 year - experience in Recruitment;
- Interested & career development oriented in Human Resources, especially Recruitment;
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel);
- Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, well-organized and hard-working;
- Proactive, willing to learn and high responsibility;
- Have ability of working independent and can communicate effectively with team.
* Working Time: from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
