Do you have a passion for talent and want to act as Recruitment consultant with our organization’s leaders? How about for identifying and matching talent to business needs? If so, a Recruitment Specialist on The Coffee House team could be just the role for you! In this capacity you’ll apply recruiting best practices to support our fast-paced business.

This role is responsible for the following key deliverables:

Recruitment Development and Implementation:

  • For internal knowledge: Support HRBP to revise and update job descriptions continously to ensure it matchs with current hiring needs; analyze job order and indentify business needs as well as culture fit;
  • For market knowledge: Review, evaluate and suggest high effective pools of candidates (both internal and external channel: job board, digital tools, referral scheme…); build talent mapping to hunt targeted positions, especially in Retails/ F&B/ IT industries;
  • Develop plan to source, attract, recruit and select high quality candidates matching to business needs and achieve KPI for hiring processes and results;
  • Monitor monthly budget for recruitment channels; prepare weekly reports and other works as required by line manager.

Client Consultation/Business Acumen

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HRBP to develop a strong understanding of the department culture, business plan and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business;
  • Work closely with HRBP to conduct exit interview for resigned employee to analyze turnover rate; forecast hiring needs and propose forward action for management;
  • Proactively provide regular feedback on the status of recruiting activity and any challenges faced;

Talent Advising

  • Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates to build talent pools/ network;

Project Management

  • Actively work with line manager and Employee Engagement team to organize employer branding event in order to attract high volume of candidates and build talent pools for annual hiring plan;
  • Proactively gain client feedback and understand the vision of the internal clients to improve HR service and alert HR areas where an issue/ project may impact on other areas;

Candidate Experience

  • Drive and manage an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process including interviews, offer negotiation and new hire on-boarding;


  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field;
  • At least 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience including sourcing capability as a corporate, agency or executive search recruiter, prefer candidates with experience in Retails/ F&B/ FMCG/ IT or mass recruitment;
  •  Working knowledge of recruitment tools: resume databases, social networking, sourcing tools…
  • Good knowledge in Labour Law and related HR process (probation, internal rotation, promotion, resignation…);
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches/positions in a fast-paced, high volume environment with customer-mindset and positive attitude;
  • Good business acumen and excellent negotiation skills to influence and engage stakeholders of all levels;
  • Willing to learn, ability to think out of the box and adapt to start-up environment;
  • High sense of responsibility, result-oriented and problem-solving skills.
